Committee on International
Contract Funds Payment, CICFP.
UN Headquarters, New York,
NY 10017, USA

Attention;

The CICFP was recently established by the United Nations system (www.unsystem.org) to look into numerous petitions received by law enforcement agencies in relation to Contract payment, Inheritance and Lottery Winning Prize transactions involving government agencies and or banks from several countries. Current cases and cold cases regarding these international transactions involving individuals or organisations which were formerly being handled by these agencies are now being looked into by this committee. We have a mandate to use all available legal resources to secure such funds for the beneficiaries. We are working with these crime fighting agencies and have been in contact with relevant government agencies and banks in several countries involved in these transactions to secure these payments on behalf of the affected beneficiaries.

We believe you are one of the individuals or organizations who are yet to receive funds from overseas which includes those related to a Lottery, Contract or Inheritance payment transaction. You had also been in contact with individuals with claims to direct links to the government agencies or officials in the government agencies or the relevant banks which were supposed to remit your payment to you. We gathered information from crime fighting agencies of how some people have lost sums of money to these impersonators. As such, we here by advise you to stop any existing communication, if any with any one not referred to you by us.

On a happier note, we wish to inform you that the CICFP has successful negotiated an initial pay out of $3,000,000.00 to you.
You have our assurance that you will receive your payment this time. Due to the sensitive nature of these transactions and security issues you will have to contact the processing centre to receive further information about how you will get your money this time.
To expedite the payment of your funds you are hereby advised to contact the special processing center created for this purpose via email or phone for further details and the requirement to proceed and procure your approval for your payment.
