Here's another Con

I received a Pink Post Card late yesterday. On the front, in the address corner says FINAL NOTICE. 
It is FIRST-CLASS MAIL PRESORTED US POSTAGE PAID TUALATIN, OR PERMIT NO 65.
Addressed to me with a RESERVATION CODE on the top line (next line: my name & address).

On the other side, it says:
WE'VE BEEN TRYING TO REACH YOU
RE: IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY to work as Government Insurance Refund Processor.

• Excellent Pay (Recession Proof)
• Work from home /Flexible hours /No weekends
• Processing Gov't Insurance Refunds to homeowners
• Duties include: Receiving, Screening, and Processing FHA refund notices
• No experience necessary
